Dimakatso Mookodi

Founder and Managing Director

Dimakatso is our founder and managing director. She studied Drama at the Market Theatre Laboratory and later worked at the Market Theatre as a lighting and sound technician from 2003 to 2006. She moved to advertising in 2007 as a radio producer, a space in which her theatre background sets her apart when it comes to her knowledge of good actors which she can cast and book as voice overs for her clients.


Dimakatso is also the founder of PEO Literature & Production House, aimed at the grassroot level and creates content for children. Also affectionately known as The Icon of Hope, she is passionate about grooming young women to realise their fullest potential and giving motivational talks.

Thipe Keen Madisa

Senior Radio Producer and Language Supervisor

Thipe Keen Madisa, has a Diploma in Sound Engineering from Allenby Campus as well as Sound Technology NQF 5 Certificate from Steinberg Cubase. He has been in the Radio Production Industry for over a decade, and has developed content for radio dramas. He is involved in grooming young voice over artists and radio presenters and has a passion for indigenous languages - producing in nine different languages.


Thipe also leads an initiative with an objective of developing Community Radio stations across the country and continent.
